The institution is developed with intellectually vibrant ambience in a serene and lush green environment. Comprising smart buildings with well equipped lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, laboratories, Wi-Fi connectivity, hostels, canteen, mess, sports grounds, Learning Resource Center, are all in an eco-friendly environment.

USOSAC is the first total green campus in Rajasthan with 900 kW Solar Power Plant (400 kW Rooftop + 500 kW Captive). The solar power generation annually generates nearly 14 lakh units of electricity cutting 1150 tons of CO emissions that contribute towards saving nearly 34000 trees annually.

Class Rooms

Classroom teaching inculcates conflict resolving skills, presentation skills when it comes to presenting their ideas confidently in front of peers, develops team spirit and teaches them to get along with those from different cultural backgrounds. Such experiences are valuable in shaping students’ communication and listening skills, as well as growing and maturing emotionally

The College library is located in a spacious college building. The library has a rich collection of volumes of text books, reference books, national and international journals in all branches of Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Technology, Management and General Studies, and the collection is ever increasing.

USOSAC has well equipped modern auditoriums and seminar halls such as auditorium with seating capacity of 850 people,
four mini auditorium, a mini open air theatre to conduct various workshops, conferences and other events & activities.

Laboratory

We have latest and high quality labs for the students. Effective teaching and learning of science involves seeing, handling, and manipulating real objects and materials. The knowledge that students attain in classrooms would be ineffectual unless they actually
observe the process and understand the relationship between action and reaction.
